Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@essentialsalonsupplies.com Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. 

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

For the quickest exchange process, return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
