FREE shipping on all orders to local Jersey locations.

All orders placed with us are shipped or delivered within 24 hours of purchase on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays), depending on your location.

Click & Collect orders are typically ready within 24 hours of purchase.
Same Day and Next Day Delivery services are available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to deliver it at a later date—up to 28 days after the order was placed. In such cases, you will be notified and offered a full refund as an alternative to delayed delivery.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by industrial actions or events beyond our control. Should such disruptions occur, we will offer an alternative delivery method or a full refund.

Please be aware that international orders may be delayed or inspected by local customs authorities. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific guidance on customs duties or tariffs.

Certain products may take longer to ship due to regulatory restrictions. In such instances, delivery may take up to 30 days from the date of order. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.
